Rules
There are infinite number of ways, that you can participate in our first contest, and totally depends on your creativity & imagination.
Step 1: You need to decide, in which skills you are good and love to do. The options depends upon your own choice, but it should be your work only not copied from other website. You can be good at writing stories, designing, art, composing music, cooking, selfie with our logo sketch etc. Choose any one.
Step 2: You need your skills and make something out of it that helps others to fight against anxiety. For example, you can write a motivational story that motivates others, or it can be a sketch designed by you for calmness, or it can be a special kind of dish, or anything.
Step 3: Share your amazing work with us, and we will upload the same on our website, facebook page and mobile application with proper accreditation and credits. For sharing your work, you can message on our facebook page: ANMA - ANxiety MAnager or you can email us with attachments.
Step 4: The number of likes, shares, downloads, views from 5th to 20th of the next month, will decide the gift you win.
Step 5: And finally, we ship your gift.

Contest starts from every 21st of month and ends 20th of next month.

You need to submit your entries before 5th of next month. We will review all those entries and post the same.

Late entries will be consider for next month contest, thers is no disqualification.

The list of winners will be posted on 25th and subject to change(depending upon the entries).

Once you share your work with us, you grant us every right to share, modify, and distribute your work. We can reproduce, edit in any way. Even we can use your work for creating gifts for our next participants.
